I began this work in 1988.
I became a licensed Massachusetts elementary teacher in 1997.
I have spent decades inside real family systems: navigating infancy, school transitions, household rhythms, and the quiet complexities that never appear in job descriptions.

I understand what it means to open the front door.

This work is personal to me.
It always has been.
